- After completion of discharge, should weather conditions per the pilot and/or port authorities and/or the master be deemed unsafe for sailing the jetty and/or for cargo operations at the OGV, then no time to count against SADR. Please note that what constitutes safety bears no relation to design elements of the TSV. The port authority and the TSV master have the authority to stop the TSV movements if they consider conditions unsafe. 
- Weather delays at the CTP are deducted from the SADR whenever these delays coincide with discharging delays on the CDP or non working hours on the CDP. We are aware that the BOT Company again point to the design criteria as being the yardstick for weather, but again it is a question of safety that has no relationship to design elements. Indeed, it is the Coal Transporter that suffers under these conditions as these delays translate directly to delays to the OGV and in no way directly affect the BOT Company. There is absolutely no incentive for the Coal Transporter not to want to work. So it is a pure safety issue decision and then excluded from the SADR if delays.
